With the recent sale of the Warhol estate at a reported $29 million dollars for a beautiful oceanfront spot with no house it will set the new standard.
This makes a property like the Gessler estate come to life, which is on the same size oceanfront land with a beautiful new house and guest house. Also, the Panoramic View has been sold and will house new luxury oceanfront condos the likes of which Montauk or the Hamptons has never seen.
